Terms and Conditions

All of the activities conducted by Cyaround Australia Tours require active participation. Due to the nature of our tours we require all customers to sign a waiver prior to the commencement of each tour.

The Northern Territory has an abundance of incredible wildlife, some that are very dangerous. We also at certain times of year experience extreme weather conditions. Due to the outside nature of our tours there is the possibility that you will be exposed to certain personal risks and/or be exposed to some of these extreme weather conditions.

Cyaround Australia Tours shall not be liable for any injury and or illness, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and /or death. We encourage all customers booking our services have travel insurance.

Cyaround Australia Tours reserve the right to alter itineraries, make adjustments to prices, make changes to dates and/or cancel tours in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 

Pick and Drop off services:

Cyaround Australia Tours offers a pick up and drop off service from the customers respective hotels within the Darwin CBD. Any accommodation that is not within this zone are encouraged to contact our office to discuss.

It is the responsibility of the customer to be ready and waiting outside of their accommodation at least 10 minutes prior to departure. Lateness without communication or failure to board may result in the cancellation of your tour.

 

Travel Insurance:

We encourage all customers that book with us to secure their own travel insurance prior to the commencement of their tour. This is to, best protect yourself in the case of any injury and or illness, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and /or death. We also strongly encourage that your travel insurance cover cancelation, loss of property and personal liability.

Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by you:

In the event that you have to cancel a tour please be advised that Cyaround Australia Tours do not offer refunds on bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour departs. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of departure will incur a 100% full fare forfeiture.

Any cancellations made within 7 days of the tour departure date will incur a 50% loss of the total fare price.

Any changes to the date or type of tour can be made up until 48 hours before the departure of the tour. These changes will incur a charge of $20 plus any premium charge for an upgrade or reimbursement for a lower cost tour.

 

Cancellations by us:

We at Cyaround Australia Tours reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time prior to the departure date. We may cancel a tour in the event of unpredictable weather, natural disasters, political instability, minimum of 4 passengers is not reached and any other external events that may affect the overall safety and operation of the tour.

In the event that a tour is cancelled by us we will provide the customer with a full refund of the price of the tour.

 

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy:

We at Cyaround Australia Tours understand fully the current situation we are all facing at this time due the spread of Covid-19 throughout Australia. We empathise with all of our customers that may have to cancel their tour with us due to border closures and various travel restrictions that are out of their control. We are unable to provide a refund due to Covid-19 if the cancellation is made within the 7 day period before departure. We do however offer a 100% travel credit to be used within a 6 month period from the cancellation date that can be redeemed by contacting us directly.

Eco Friendly and Sustainable Practices:

We at Cyaround Australia Tours pride ourselves on our dedication to keeping our tours Eco-friendly and by implementing sustainable practices. We are passionate about this beautiful country we get to call home and hope that we can make a difference while we are here.

We ask that all of our customers work with us on tour to protect our environment by disposing of any rubbish they may have in our portable bin on the back of our vehicle. We try to keep our use of anything disposable and non-biodegradable to an absolute minimum and ask that our customers bring along a reusable water bottle to help us minimise our carbon footprint.

Privacy Policy/Photos and Marketing:

When booking a tour with Cyaround Australia Tours you are entering into an agreement that we are able to contact you in relation to your tour and to request feedback on your experience with us.

We understand and respect how important your privacy is and will not disclose any information you have not given us written permission to disclose.

Through booking with us you give consent for any images or video recording taken on the day of your tour to be used for our marketing purposes and may be featured on our website and/or Social Media. In the event you do not wish to have these images shared it is the responsibility of the participant to request this in writing prior to the departure date. 

We operate in accordance with the National Privacy principles and Privacy Act.

 

Luggage Policy:

In order to maintain the comfort of all customers participating in day tours with us we ask that a backpack or bag no larger than 3-5kgs be brought aboard. We do not provide luggage storage facilities in our vehicle for day trips. Thank you for your understanding.:

 

Child Policy:

We cater to persons 7 years and over as a rule on each of our tours as we do not have active restraints available for children below this age group. However, we are available to discuss this matter further at your discretion.

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We are currently not offering a discounted rate for children.

 

Dietary Requirements:

We at Cyaround Australia Tours provide lunch on all of our tours and cater to any and all dietary requirements.

If you have any dietary requirements it is your responsibility as the customer to inform us upon booking. This will allow us to ensure that we have the correct meal available for you on the day!
